About this app

Diract is a CRM that adapts to your business. Instead of forcing your work into somebody else's fields, you define the tables, fields and statuses your business actually runs on, and manage everything from one place.

The app is the companion to your Diract workspace. Sign in and you get the same records, roster and dashboards your team uses on the web, on your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Records that match your business
Matters, leads, contacts, properties and tasks, plus any custom table your workspace has added. Search, filter, open a record and edit it in the field.

Rosters and shifts
See the roster by day, week or month. Check who is on, publish a week, and confirm the hours people actually worked.

Timesheets
The week's shifts side by side: rostered, manager input and check in, confirmed a row at a time.

Staff check in
Staff check in and out for a shift from the app or from a shared workplace kiosk, with breaks and leave requests.

Dashboards
Your Quick Glance board and every custom dashboard your workspace has built, with the same widgets you see on the web.

Team messaging
Channels, threads, reactions and pinned messages, kept inside your workspace.

Assistant
Ask a question about your own data and get an answer, or have it draft the record for you to check before anything is saved.

Diract ships templates for law firms, cafes and hospitality, property developers and plant hire, each with the tables, dashboards and roles that trade already uses. Nothing is installed until you choose it, and you can change any of it afterwards.

ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

Most features need an account. Join your company's workspace with the invite code or link your administrator sends you, or create a workspace of your own after signing in. Your administrator controls what each person can see through roles and team permissions.

PERMISSIONS

Location is requested only when someone checks in to a shift, and is used to confirm they are on site. Notifications are used for shift and task reminders. Both are optional and the app works without them.

What’s new

A new look: four tabs along the bottom and a menu for everything else. The tab bar shrinks as you scroll, so the page gets the whole screen.
Also new: one-tap check in to today's jobs, Gmail and Outlook in the app, supplier invoices for cafes, full matter invoices, a Leave view on the calendar, and fixes for several Android screen
