So I joined recently although I've been using the sunwaves app without any issues. I boosted my level to level 3 early this morning and it worked. My balance went up 50% and all. Then after a while I entered back and everything has been reversed like I never boosted it. I have sent an email to you guys with a screenshot of my transaction and my Transaction ID as well. It's really a disappointing experience to not be able to initiate facial Verification smoothly. I have tried several times but keep getting processing in progress for more than 30 minutes. Moreso this requirements make it impossible to progress with mining. You need to do better
