The Phantoms are great, I have three of them. But the app and the remotes are terrible. I have to power cycle the Phantoms every couple of days as otherwise connectivity is lost. Put the same engineering excellence into the app as you did the speakers. And no, I won't get in touch with customer service on this, there are enough complaints on this forum already.

I bought the Phantom 98db and 95db models from you. Your speakers have very good sound. However, the connection is not very reliable. The channels for left and right away lose connection when I reconnect them. Usually, I connect speakers to my PC using analog cables and with other speakers, I just need to turn them on and off. But with your speakers, I need to turn them on, reconnect both speakers, and it still doesn't work. I have to repeat this process many times, which makes me uncomfortable.

No comment..... The software on the Tel is a disaster. One simple remote, can't you do that? Have 4speakers, had 2 for many years and it has always been the same problemwith set up and the app. If something like this was done in my entreprise I would give a final warning to your engineers... Kepp it simple for good once and for all... Before your faithful customers start looking elsewhere!
