1. It needs to display battery level of the case. I'm red/green color blind and cannot determine the color of the tiny light on the case. 2. It should allow the change of the volume up and down touch control setting. I'd like to set it to long press rather than tap and long press. 3. It should allow the adjustment of ANC level. (These are suggestions for the app. The earbuds are PERFECT.)

Product sounds great. But hardware has immense amount of issues. Already sent it 2 warranty claims which took almost 3 months. Lastly decided that I would just eat the $200 spent on it as the 3rd one is still having issues. Also app has connectivity issues. Would give - 5 stars if I could. For the money this is absolute trash.

NEW REVIEW (04/08/2021): -Just installed the new update and now my case always says the battery is at 0% and the earbuds do not ever disconnect from my phone even if I put them back in the case and close it. -The update fixed my earbuds which had randomly stopped connecting to my phone. Touch controls and other gestures seem to work better than ever. -Amazing sounding earbuds that continue to have serious software issues.
