Quality of the product and ease of use does not equate to its price point. My ear pieces keep dropping. Until I don't even want to use them. Walk 15 steps, 1 side will drop off. Another 15, the other side drops out. The buttons r too sensitive. I keep having to repair them if not used for more than a month.. Still same. (2025} paired and yet music is coming 9ut of my device audio instead of the earpiece. Complete waste of money.

The earbuds are not connecting to the app on the iQOO 12. How can such premium earbuds have such a serious bug?, after the Jan 16th update, now working fine

Way too many app issues with expensive ear buds. This is unacceptable!
