The app always don't seemed to recognise the earpiece even after it managed to confirm the product the first time round. Each time you open the casing it will ask to check again. And the battery keeps draining even when not in use. Please do something about it. These earphones don't come cheap. I did hear from the product rep that teething issues are still in progress. So I'm hopeful. From Singapore.

Terrible, like the Devialet speaker app, it's not stable. New earphones out of the box, follow the setup instructions, download the app, and it won't connect. I have tried everything it suggests in the help several times, but nothing. Devialet, please spend more time making your software and apps work, I have 2 Phantoms and the Gemini, but I can't recommend any to my friends because of the poor stability of the apps.

The software is really buggy and unresponsive. The fact that you need to open the case to be able to change your settings in the app is so stupid. The app often show random values for battery level rather than detecting an issue. The app cannot update the earbuds it always shows an error message. Every now and then the earbuds won't connect via Bluetooth automatically as I pull them out of the case, or won't shut down when I put them back in the case. You should get sennheiser's instead.
