having been using their service without hiccups but last week I was using schoolpay and the system hung. upto now the money hasn't been reimbursed. I have called their customer care and all they say is we are working on it. just don't bother with the app. Now I have to look for more school fees because of their delay. Desist from using the app

The older version worked fine for me, the new one failed to install on my device.. gives funny error.. the device is jailbroken or rooted, the installation process blocked. imagine it's you guys who prompted the upgrade. now I cant use the app

ever since you removed depositing from bank to wallet. this has made the app completely useless. it was also easier to transfer money from stanbic to other accounts. but now the app is completely useless
