FlexPay is among the worst service providers, according to my experience. At first, I had a loan that was maturing the next day. I tried to fund my wallet using mobile money, but although the money was deducted from my account, it did not reflect in my FlexPay wallet. I had to call them and beg them to release my money so I could settle my loan. They released it late, and I ended up borrowing from somewhere else and paying extra interest. After the upgrade on the app, it can nolonger be used to send money to NSSF smartlife flexi account And also after funding the flexi wallet, it takes a lot of time for the app to show the money or even not show it all and you have to call the customer care service which is also a long and very annoying process😡😡🤮🤮🤮🤬

It's a very nice upgrade from the previous version although some sections are not yet good like a savings statement. But it's very 👍. Good work. Very easy to transact and appearance has improved a lot.
