FlexPay is among the worst service providers, according to my experience. At first, I had a loan that was maturing the next day. I tried to fund my wallet using mobile money, but although the money was deducted from my account, it did not reflect in my FlexPay wallet. I had to call them and beg them to release my money so I could settle my loan. They released it late, and I ended up borrowing from somewhere else and paying extra interest. It's a very nice upgrade from the previous version although some sections are not yet good like a savings statement. But it's very 👍. Good work. Very easy to transact and appearance has improved a lot.

Had never had an issue with flexipay but ever since this new update, it's just bad at everything, transactions keep failing and I think they fired the UI designer cause it looks worse
