In my effort to find used items in good condition on eBay, I typically go to the Condition filter and choose some conditions while excluding others. I leave "New" and "For parts or not working" unchecked, and I'll typically check "Open Box", "Seller refurbished", and "Used". The reason I do this is that "Open Box" and "Seller refurbished" often simply mean that the seller has taken very good care of the item while using it and has kept the retail box. I may or may not check "Certified Refurbished" and "Not specified" depending on how wide of a net I want to cast and whether I'd rather see some false positives or miss out on false negatives. On eFerret I see that I can filter on Condition, but as far as I can tell I have to choose only one. If I choose another condition, it replaces the first condition. That greatly reduces eFerret's usefulness in my view. I have to either choose "Used" and miss out on many hits I might be interested in, or leave them all unselected and get a lot of false positives. Surely this would be an easy fix for eFerret. I hope to see it soon.

Hi again Greg, thanks for this great feedback. A newer version of the app has been released which does allow multiple condition selection, as well as multiple selections on other item specifics. Thanks for the suggestion, and I hope you'll give it another try!

Too slow. High priority and regular priority are too slow, by the time I get a notification, the item has been posted for several minutes and someone already bought it. Wish there was a better alternative. Author is lying, recent updates have not improved they've only made things worse and more complicated to do the same things.

Hi, thanks for your honest review. We've had a few hiccups over the past 24 hours while migrating to a new messaging API.
Yes, eBay takes a few mins to index new postings before they are visible. Check your active hours, and if you like, contact me at robert@ferretech.io for a free trial sub so your searches will run every 15s instead of 60 :)

This app is fantastic!! I wish it would allow multiple selections ES: If searching for a CD Player, you can select categories fine... you can refine the search too....but if your interested in more than one, lets say Brand, you can only select one at a time. Sure you can work around by editing the search... but its time consuming. Other than that it's Great!! ππππ

Hi, thanks for writing this review. It's been a while, and recent updates have greatly improved the app since your original review. Users are now able to select multiple item aspects from the refinements page. If you have any additional feedback, that would be greatly appreciated. Robert@ferretech.io
