Enigma Plus is a research-based mobile application designed to assess emotional well-being and physical activity in adolescents. The app helps researchers collect valuable data through scientifically validated questionnaires and activity tracking.

Developed as part of the Ethereal Project (EtherealProject.eu), Enigma Plus empowers young individuals by supporting early identification and prevention of mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression.
