as a housekeeper required to use the app in hopes someone actually tips. I shouldn't have to log into the app every. single. time i have to scan the qr code. its absolutely ridiculous. So many issues for an app that's over 2 years old. Completely unreliable, you have to 'sign in' numerous times a day just to scan the qr code. There are many days where you are unable to scan the code due to the fact that the app is not responding at all.

After using this app for nearly 2 years, suddenly, logging users out after insanely short periods of time has become a priority in the name of "account security." In a good-faith attempt to discuss this with the eTip team, one of their people decided to shut down the conversation. Just know that, if you're getting forcibly logged out of your account and have to get another login code via text message repeatedly during a single shift, you're not alone. Asking my employer to look for alternatives.

They take a dollar for all instant transactions even if it's 5 dollars that's really bad! Also it would be nice to reply to people or leave a note for them before they tip.
