Fctr Verify helps you verify colleagues and IT support before sharing sensitive information or acting on a request. Verification requests are linked to your organization’s work accounts, helping you make informed decisions about who you’re interacting with.

With Fctr Verify, you can:
• Send verification requests to colleagues and IT support.
• Review, approve, or decline incoming requests.
• Confirm approvals using supported device biometrics.
• Track request status and review recent sent requests.

Fctr Verify requires your organization to use Fctr. To get started, enter the organization key provided by your administrator, sign in with your work account, and set up your device.

What’s new

Device setup now requires supported biometrics. Device PIN fallback remains available where permitted by your organization.
