About this app

Ferraro Admin is the staff app for restaurants running on the Ferraro ordering platform. It turns any Android tablet into a live order station — so your team sees new pickup orders the moment they come in, moves them through the kitchen with one tap, and prints receipts automatically.

This app is for restaurant owners, managers, and staff. Your restaurant must already be set up on Ferraro, and you sign in with the email and password your owner gave you. It is not an app for placing orders — your customers do that on your own branded ordering website.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

Real-time order alerts
New orders arrive instantly with a push notification, even when the tablet is locked and unplugged. No refreshing, no missed tickets. The live orders board updates the second a customer hits "place order."

One-tap status updates
Move an order from new, to preparing, to ready for pickup with a single tap. Your customer is kept in the loop automatically. Roles are respected: staff advance orders, managers and owners can cancel, owners can remove.

Automatic receipt printing
Connect a supported Bluetooth thermal printer and print kitchen and customer receipts straight from the order screen — no cables, no extra hardware box.

Menu management
Edit your menu from the tablet: add and remove items, change prices, mark items sold out, reorder categories, update photos. Changes go live on your ordering site immediately.

Hours and closures
Set your weekly opening hours, add split shifts, and block one-off dates like holidays. Your ordering site stops accepting orders automatically when you're closed.

Team management
Owners can add staff, assign roles (owner, manager, staff), and remove people who leave. Every action is logged so you always know who did what.

WHAT WE COLLECT

To run your restaurant we handle staff sign-in details, the name/email/phone customers enter when ordering, and order contents — used only to fulfil orders. We send a
device token to Google's push service so order alerts reach your tabocation, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across otherapps. Full details are in our privacy policy.

GETTING STARTED

1. Your restaurant signs up with Ferraro and your owner is invited.
2. Owners and managers add staff accounts in the app.
3. Install Ferraro Admin on your counter tablet, sign in, allow notiorders.
