The app for a LONG time has this issue where saving settings on a thermometer doesn't save. If I tap on a probe and edit both the name and add an alert, only 1 of those saves at a time. And frequently when trying to set alerts or remove them, I have to do it multiple times. The only way out of each page is with back button on Android or back button on the app. Both seem to have the flaky behavior. Maybe add a save button where you execute save code.

The customer service is excellent, that alone is worth a higher rating. My two gripes are 1) My 2 Pro overshoots the set temp by about 50(F) on startup. To fix, I have to set the temp 50 deg lower, then adjust. My 5 year old CyberQ that I replaced didn't have this issue. 2) This is more a personal preference, but I find the interface to be cumbersome. Lots of features, but if you are trying to perform a simple cook I find it a little arduous at best.

FireBoard platform is a mixed bag. I've used mine for close to 2 years. It generally works well, but with caveats. The web app rarely if ever receives updates and is very clunky to use. The mobile app needs dark mode & homescreen widgets. App will no longer function if Bluetooth is off, which seems unnecessary since FireBoard is on wifi. The device drains battery very fast when turned off and constantly has to be recharged. Overall pretty good, but I expected better for the high price tag.
