About this app

Fleetric Driver is the phone app for drivers working in fleets that run on Fleetric, the fleet management platform for construction and transport companies. Your employer gives you the login — you cannot sign up on your own.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See the trips assigned to you, and start and finish them from the cab
• Record your odometer at the start and end of a shift
• Photograph fuel receipts and expense receipts instead of carrying paper
• Report a vehicle problem with a photo so the workshop sees it immediately
• Upload copies of your licence and permits so they are on file
• Work with no signal — everything you enter is saved on the phone and sent when you are back in coverage

BUILT FOR REAL FLEET WORK
Fleetric Driver is made for trucks, mixers, tippers, tankers and equipment moving between sites. It works on entry-level Android phones, keeps working in areas with weak coverage, and is careful with your battery while tracking is on.

LANGUAGES
Available in English, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu. The whole app switches, not just the menus.

LOCATION
While you are on duty, the app records your vehicle's position so your employer can confirm the trip ran, pay you for the distance, find you if the vehicle breaks down, and prove a delivery reached the site. This continues while the app is closed or not in use. It stops when your shift ends, and you can turn it off any time in your phone settings. A visible notification is always shown while tracking is active.

FOR SUPERVISORS
Managers who sign in with a manager account also get an approvals inbox, fleet dashboards and a live view of vehicles on the road.

ABOUT ACCOUNTS
This app is for employees of companies that use Fleetric. There is no self-signup and nothing to buy in the app. If your company runs its fleet on Fleetric, ask your supervisor for an activation code.

What’s new

Photos now upload. Receipts, fuel, documents and issue photos reach the office for the first time.

Anything saved offline now sends. If your phone has been holding records that never synced, they will upload after you update.

Starting a trip with no signal is instant instead of a long wait.

Sign-in accepts your number typed the normal way and says what is wrong.

Shared phones: signing out no longer leaves the last driver's trip on screen, and document dates save on the day you picked.
