FleetStream Shift is the driver app for fleets that run on FleetStream. Your fleet sets up your account; sign in with the email address they used. There is no sign-up in the app.
INSPECTIONS
Complete your fleet's pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Mark a defect, add a note and take a photo of it. Your fleet sees the inspection as soon as you submit it.
MONTHLY MILEAGE
Check in once a month with your odometer reading and your business and personal miles. If you allow notifications, the app reminds you on the 1st of the month when your log is due.
REPAIRS
Find repair shops near you on a map. Photograph the shop's estimate and Anthropic's AI reads the shop's name, the services and the totals into the work order, so you don't type them. Follow the work order from approval to completion. If your fleet pays by card, the app shows the card for that repair after you confirm it's you, and you add the shop's receipt when the work is done.
EMERGENCY
Raise an SOS to alert your fleet, with your position if you allow location. Reach your fleet's contacts and your own emergency contacts in one tap.
SOS alerts go to your fleet only; FleetStream Shift does not contact emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.
PLAY
A few short games for when you're parked and off the clock.
