This app is a complete rip off. It can't even get the correct location of my car when it's parked outside my home.

Complete ripoff, as usual dealers try to add on prices to increase the amount of the total of a car. The product itself does not work. You call the customer service number and they do answer. The product itself is 1080$ for 1 year. Other drivers beware of this scam. The drone app is much cheaper and you are able to run the car on from anywhere. The monthly or yearly prescription is much cheaper. Hope it helps the next driver.

I can't get anyone from my dealership to tell me exactly what this is, how it's installed, or what benefits is has over BMW provided tracking and reminders.
