About this app

FlowSpot is AI basketball training that stays out of the way. Set your phone on the court. The camera tracks your shooting and handles on the device. You see a shot trail, a dribble path, bounce rings, and a rim pulse. You never see boxes, labels, or model names.

SHOOTING
Pick a spot and play in landscape. Use the back camera for the rim and the full court. Use the front camera for a closer look. After you train, review the session you actually played.

HANDLES
Stationary, on the move, or combo. Front camera for solo rhythm. Back camera when you want space. Trails show control, not a debug overlay.

COACH
The coach writes after a drill, at the end of a session, or when you ask. Voice is optional. Camera frames stay on the phone. Coach calls go through FlowSpot.

PROGRESS
Portrait analytics for accuracy, time on court, shot map, and consistency after you have sessions. Empty until you train.

COMMUNITY
Weekly challenges and 1v1s with people you accept. Scores show after you play.

FLOWSPOT PRO
Session replays, personalized plans, deeper trends, voice coach, and video export. Restore purchases any time.

What’s new

Live play scoreboard is cleaner. Session replay shows the full workout, and the shot card and trail are saved into the video.
