About this app

BriarRoutine keeps your daily routines and your to-do list in one calm place.
Most habit apps make you feel audited. BriarRoutine is quieter: check things off as
you go, watch the bloom ring fill, and get on with your day. No streak
shaming, no badges you did not ask for, no account to create.
WHAT IT DOES
• Habits and to-dos together. The two halves of a day belong on one screen,
not in two apps. Link a planner entry to a habit and ticking the entry keeps
the habit too.
• The bloom ring. A circular gauge on the Today screen with one petal per
habit. It sweeps to how much of the day you have completed, and each petal
brightens as you keep it — your progress at a glance, before you read a
single word.
• A twelve-week heat map. See the shape of your consistency over a whole
season, per habit or across everything. Tap any square to correct a day you
forgot to log.
• Weekly chart. A bar per day showing habits kept against habits due, so a
light week reads as a light week rather than a failure.
• Streaks that are honest. A run counts while it is alive — today or
yesterday. It does not quietly reset the moment you glance away, and it does
not pretend a lapsed run is still going.
• Fifteen suggested habits across six categories (Health, Mind, Home, Focus,
Social, Growth), each with an icon and a sensible weekly target. Adopt one
in a tap, or write your own with any icon, category and target you like.
• Planner with real structure. Priorities, due dates, overdue pinning,
swipe-right to finish, swipe-left to delete, and twelve one-tap templates
for the errands that come round again.
• Twelve accolades that track your actual progress — first check-off, a clean
day, a full week, a month of care — not a parallel points system bolted on
the side.
• Notes. Attach a line to any day's check-off and read it back from the
habit's history.
COMPLETELY OFFLINE
BriarRoutine has no account, no sign-in, no sync, no ads, no analytics, no tracking
and no network code at all. It works identically in airplane mode. Everything
you write lives in the app's private storage on your device, and uninstalling
removes all of it.
That is not a feature we are saving for a paid tier. There is no server, so
there is nothing to collect.
DESIGNED TO BE READ
Deep plum, rose accents, large legible type, generous spacing, and animation
used where it means something — a checkmark drawing itself on, the ring
sweeping to a new value — rather than everywhere at once.
BriarRoutine is for the person who wants the small things tended, and wants the app
to be calm about it.
