About this game

CometChase is a calm, offline memory game set across a dying star chart.
Flip two sky tiles at a time, pair the comets that share a glyph, and relight one sector after another. No timers breathing down your neck, no ads, no account — just you, the board, and the quiet satisfaction of a chart coming back to life.
THIRTY LEVELS, FIVE SECTORS
Each sector changes the rules rather than just the size of the grid:
Orion Reach — open sky. Learn the tiles and find your rhythm.
Vela Crosswind — solar wind nudges hidden tiles out of place between misses.
Lyra Veil — charted pairs fade away, so you lose your landmarks.
Draco Pulse — a hard move ceiling. Every flip is counted.
Phoenix Core — drifting tiles and a ceiling together. The deep field.
Boards grow from 12 tiles to 30, and three stars are only within reach if you play close to par.
FOUR POWER-UPS THAT ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING
Reveal — lights up every tile for a moment.
Rewind — hands back two spent moves.
Steady — the next miss costs you nothing.
Beacon — charts one remaining pair outright.
EARN EMBERS, SPEND THEM ON SOMETHING REAL
Clear levels and claim the nightly offering to bank Embers, then put them into the Observatory: three permanent upgrade tracks that hold Reveal open longer, raise every payout, or start each run with Steady charges primed — plus four deck backs to change how your chart looks.

Fourteen laurels tied to things you actually do: spotless clears, five pairs back to back, a full sector, seventy-five stars. The Annals keep your fastest clear, your tightest clear and your last runs. The Dossier keeps your name, your mark and your lifetime totals.
