About this app

4fleet brings chauffeur operations to your Android phone. Operators manage enquiries, bookings, dispatch and invoices, while drivers and partner companies see the work assigned to them.

For the office
Keep journey details together from the first enquiry to the confirmed booking. Prepare quotes, review requests and assign drivers and vehicles. Open a booking to check pickup times, routes, passenger information and instructions. Use your schedule to organise airport transfers, executive travel and other chauffeur services.

For drivers
See assigned trips and the details needed for each pickup. Review passenger and flight information, acknowledge instructions and update trip progress. Open navigation, communicate with dispatch and upload proof photos or expense receipts when needed.

For partner companies
Review jobs shared by the operators you work with. Respond to requests and keep the assigned driver, vehicle and job details together. Partner workflows depend on your company's plan and permissions.

For invoicing
Keep invoices linked to the bookings they relate to. Check issued documents, recorded payments and outstanding balances without losing the journey context.

Location sharing during a trip
Drivers can start location sharing for an active trip. With the required permissions, sharing continues in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, so dispatch can see the vehicle position. Sharing stops when the trip ends or the driver turns it off.

Access to your workspace
Sign in with your existing 4fleet account. Your role, company settings and plan determine which views and features are available. Company access requires a paid subscription; subscription purchases are not available in the Android app. An internet connection is required for current workspace information.

Operators turn enquiries into quotes and confirmed bookings, then dispatch them to drivers or partner firms. Drivers see their assigned trips, accept or decline offers, update status, share live location with dispatch during a trip, and upload proof photos and receipts. Partners receive and accept dispatched jobs.
