Ratings and reviews

Great UI, which makes it easy to navigate and intuitive to use. However, recently I experienced errors when trying to sell stocks. It kept saying something along the lines of "Error placing order". UPDATE: I just want to add that you should expect the occasional jump-scare where you lose 90% of your stock value because the app is glitching on graphs and real-time values. Definitely keeps you on your toes, if anything...

The app is simple and easy to use. Sure, there's further features I'd like to see on the roadmap, but their absence don't prohibit me from managing my investments. My biggest problem is with the difficulty speaking with support/CS and the excessive time it takes to respond. All related to a request to transfer holdings from another platform onto Freetrade, which was made in January, and is still in progress... Missed the ISA deadline. Furious

Terrible experience topping up for the first time. Using THEIR process through the app. These days I expect money to arrive instantly. They told me a week later, once I further enquired, that the name on transfer account didnt match the account. (like they've never seen a middle name before apparently) Terrible systems, terrible service (though they reply straight away, you see no results unless you badger them). Not a service I wish to store significant sums with. Withdrawing my membership!!
