About this app

Friendly is the most complete alternative to your favorite social networks
Over 17 million mobile downloads!

Built as an extension of the lite mobile website, it preserves your battery, storage and data, while giving you back control over your news feed.

Social Browser
No need to download a ton of apps! You can have Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, etc. in One App!

Video Download
Easily save your videos to share or watch them later. Works also with your photos.

Regain Your Privacy
Block social trackers, and click trackers. Use our PIN or Fingerprint Lock.

Customize your News Feed
The brand spanking new Keyword Filtering feature for Android devices works in two ways: If you’re tired of seeing political posts, simply set your Keyword Filter to hide posts and articles containing the keywords “election,” “Republican,” or “Democrat”... and voilà: Any posts containing those words will not appear in your news feed.

Conversely, if you want to see more posts featuring cats (or posts from a close friend), you can set a Keyword Filter to highlight topics and users. Why settle for Fb less-than-ideal algorithm when you can take full news feed control with Friendly?

Why You’ll Love Friendly
• Download your videos or photos
• Take control of your news feed with Keyword Filters
• Sort your news feed by Most Recent posts
• No need for another messenger app to message your friends
• Secure your account with Fingerprint & Passcode Lock
• Quickly switch between multiple social media accounts
• Automatic day/night theming
• AMOLED mode for saving battery
• Quiet hours for notification
• Better privacy with PIN or Fingerprint Lock
• Beautiful Material themes

If Friendly is not working for you, please send us an email to let us know what we can do to fix it.

Friendly is an alternative app and is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit or TikTok.

Some of the load times are a little slow but that an ok trade off for it getting rid of all the stupid ads and suggested pages. The only thing that bugs me is that when I look at the groups I'm in I like to sort posts by "most recent" but there's no option to change from "newest activity". Having different sorting function seems simple enough so I dont get why it's not included

I've been enjoying this for a while now, but lately the updates have been hit or miss. I'm hoping the issues are caused by Facebook, but sometimes this app is awesome and others it's really frustrating. For example, right now (July '22), I can't see any actual listings in Marketplace, and if I click on a notification, it's almost impossible to get back to the list, even if you force close the app. The upshot is that the devs don't seem as on top of it as they once were.

Update: When is this app going to be updated again? Seriously. The Facebook app gets an update at least twice a month, for the worse. This is getting extremely slow at loading a page, doesn't refresh, difficulty in editing or adding to a post, and certain history activities give an error when trying to access. And now... "suggested" ads are being enforced along side of the Sponsored ones.
