I've experienced the same issue as another reviewer (rachel cress). The app forces an update on an Android phone, but once I try to load the update I receive a message that the app is no longer compatible with my device. I assume this will be sorted shortly, but for now the proof balls and the app are of no use to me. UPDATE: Problem resolved. Thx.

Perfection? No, but a great tool. The app is still a bit confusing, but with trial and error, it becomes easier to navigate. Don't give up. Hand this ball to your buddies when you take their picture with a fish...you know, the guys that catch and release that 16 inch trout on the water, and it grows to 20 inches at the fly shop! Good reason for this earning the name "Proof Ball". Take re-positioned pics of the same fish, the measurements will vary (slightly). Prove your honesty...

I rated this a 1 star because zero isn't an option. I'd love to tell you how the app works, unfortunately I cannot actually access the app. During setup, it asks to send you a one time password through email. I've tried contacting the company for assistance as I never receive the email in my main or junk folder. I've tried using Hotmail, Gmail, and Outlook accounts. None of them have worked. I've received no responses emailing their support@fishtechy and info@fishtechy addresses.
