About this app

Gate One brings gate/barrier access to your phone in gated communities and residences. It works via Bluetooth with the Gate One hardware installed in your complex.

FOR RESIDENTS
• Open authorized gates with a single touch while within Bluetooth range. • Create timed or one-time digital invitation codes for your guests, and cancel them whenever you wish. • View your past access records.

FOR GUESTS
• Quickly register with your invitation code and access authorized gates for the duration of your invitation.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Approve resident applications, manage gate authorizations and groups. • View access records and administrator activity records. • Manage guest invitations and notifications.

SECURITY
• Your account is linked to a single device; device changes are done via email confirmation. • Gate opening can be protected with optional biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint). • Your data is encrypted during transmission. Privacy Policy:

IMPORTANT: To use Gate One, you need to have Gate One door hardware installed on your site and your site administrator must approve your account. The application cannot open doors in locations where the hardware is not installed.
