About this app
Movies, TV shows, video games, books, manga and comics: Gemster helps you discover titles that match your tastes, based on what you already love.
DISCOVER TITLES YOU'LL LOVE
Gemster uses your tastes to deliver personalized recommendations that go beyond what's simply trending.
Movies, TV shows, video games, books, manga and comics all connect: your tastes don't stop at one medium, and neither do your recommendations.
The more you build your profile, the better Gemster understands what you enjoy and the more relevant its suggestions become.
EXPLORE DIFFERENTLY WITH ECHO
Has a movie, show, game, manga, book or comic stuck with you?
Start with something you already love and discover titles with similar themes, moods or worlds.
Echo can take you from one medium to another and uncover connections you might never have thought of.
MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND
Ratings can influence the way we experience something. Gemster lets you hide external ratings until you choose to reveal them.
Discover first. Decide for yourself.
YOUR CULTURAL LIFE, ALL IN ONE PLACE
Keep track of everything you've watched, read or played and find your entire cultural journey in one place.
Rate your discoveries, follow your progress through shows, games and books, track the time you spend with them, and organize what you want to discover next into your own lists.
SHARE CULTURE WITH YOUR FRIENDS
Add friends, discover the tastes you have in common, recommend titles to each other and create collaborative lists.
You can also keep track of the titles you've discovered or enjoyed together and follow each other's progress.
IMPORT YOUR HISTORY
No need to start from scratch.
Import your history from Letterboxd, MyAnimeList, Steam or Netflix to quickly rebuild your cultural journey and enrich your profile.
ONE APP FOR ALL YOUR CULTURE
Gemster brings together movies, TV shows, video games, books, manga and comics to connect your tastes, help you discover something new and keep track of everything that matters in your cultural life.
