24-Jan: When the app is open and even logged out, it fills the entire screen. Not able to go back to mobile main screen. Have to restart the mobile every time using this app. very pathetic and frustrating to use this app

the interface is from early 2000s. It asks to change password frequently, very hard to keep up.

Not able to provide the old password on the space provided for. keyboard provided through the App is not fully visible. only alphabets visible and enable for typing . Request redesign it properly so that the App key board display will be just above the mobile screen navigation button( for home, Recent and back) while attempting password change option. App screen is correct on opening to provide Pin and after that app screen appears below the mobile screen navigation button. screen shot e mailed.
