not a good app. login screen design is poor. I think it was designed by some random guy with copy paste code. it expected Z security from user but basic password checking rules are not correct.

you have blacklisted the fastag saying some of the documents are not uploaded. where is the provision to upload the documents in your app. I don't understand the purpose of your app. what way it solves the users problem? useless app and useless customer care. 20 times we need to call before we can reach out to the customer care executive. 200 times we need to try to login the portal, which always return to login page never allow to login with such a long pass word. useless.

worst worst worst support.. nobody helps with problem. replacement Fastag was applied last week, Rs99 was detected.. no details on new fastag.. I couldn't not travel because of this.. the whats app chat support is closing the chat.. giving lame response. Atleast shutdown that whatsapp support & stop paying those people. they don't even listent to the problem & provide details. Other email & phone support is not helpful. There is nobody to talk to regarding this problem.
