This app doesn't not allow without device lockin. This is my choice and a warning like some bank apps or insurance apps may be given and proceed with my acknowledgement. Also customer care never care about the calls and do not even pick up the phone or will put on hold for ever.

it is not costumer friendly. when I wanted to cancel the account, it is not possible due to poor interface of the app . now I face difficulty in getting back the money back to my account.even closing the account is also difficulty through this app

you have blacklisted the fastag saying some of the documents are not uploaded. where is the provision to upload the documents in your app. I don't understand the purpose of your app. what way it solves the users problem? useless app and useless customer care. 20 times we need to call before we can reach out to the customer care executive. 200 times we need to try to login the portal, which always return to login page never allow to login with such a long pass word. useless.
