Agent Workbench is a local interface for coding-agent CLIs: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Antigravity CLI. This app lets you use it from your phone.
It opens an SSH tunnel to your own computer, where Agent Workbench is running, and shows the same interface in a phone-sized layout. It keeps the connection in the background and notifies you when an agent finishes or is waiting for you, even with the screen off; tapping the notification opens that conversation.
What you get:
• The conversation as cards, the changed files and diffs, the file tree, plans, memory and notes.
• The terminal of each CLI, with a row of keys a phone keyboard lacks (Esc, Tab, arrows, Ctrl+C).
• "Finished" and "is waiting for you" notifications, with the project's name.
• Pairing with a QR code. The SSH key is generated on the phone and never leaves it.
What it needs: Agent Workbench 0.4.0 or later running on a computer on your Wi-Fi network (install it with `npx agent-workbench`), an SSH server on that computer, and the CLI you already use, logged in there. The phone talks only to your computer: no accounts, no analytics, no servers of ours.
Agent Workbench is open source (MIT): github.com/cvelasquez/agent-workbench
Agent Workbench is an independent project. It works with the Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Antigravity CLIs, but it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, the OpenCode authors or Google.
Use your coding-agent CLIs from your phone, over SSH to your own computer.
