About this app

Bistro POS Core helps cafés, bistros, restaurants and small shops manage daily sales on a phone or tablet. Organize your menu, take orders, follow kitchen progress, record payments, issue receipts and review your business in one workspace.

Sales and orders
• Browse products by category with photos, prices and favorites.
• Configure product options such as sizes, sweetness and add-ons.
• Manage multiple carts, discounts, promotions and customers or members.
• Create Half/Half menu combinations with the relevant add-on enabled.
• Record cash payments or display your configured payment QR, then confirm payment before closing the bill.

Front of house and kitchen
• View table status, order queues and the items sent in each order round.
• Connect Bistro Cart and Bistro Kitchen on the same Wi-Fi network to take orders and follow item preparation status.
• Use a customer display to show sales information.

Catalog, inventory and reports
• Manage products, ingredients, recipes, costs and stock.
• Review sales history, reprint receipts and close the business day.
• Explore sales trends, revenue, expenses and estimated profit from your recorded data.
• Configure seller details and staff permissions with PIN access.

Printing and backup
• Connect supported thermal printers and customize receipt information.
• Back up and restore with Google Drive when you choose to enable it.
• Core sales and business data work on the device without an internet connection. Cloud backup, in-app purchases and online services require a connection.

Connections and optional add-ons
Bistro Cart includes one free simultaneous connection per POS. Subscription plans increase the number of simultaneous devices. Some features are available as separately purchased add-ons; check their prices and terms in the app before purchasing. Cart and Kitchen devices must use the same local network. Printer compatibility depends on your equipment.

The app helps you record sales and manage your shop. Displaying a payment QR does not automatically verify a bank transfer; confirm that you have received payment. Cost and profit reports are estimates based on the data you record.
