A work shift calendar for anyone who works rotating shifts: nursing, hospitals, security, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, or transportation. Set up your entire year's schedule in a minute, see at a glance what you're on today and tomorrow, and receive your shift notification the day before.
Designed for everyday use: open, read your shift, and close. No account, no registration, and no internet connection required.
What's included:
• Your shifts, your way: morning, afternoon, night, day off, off-duty, 12-hour day, 12-hour night, and 24-hour on-call shifts are already created, or create your own with name, abbreviation, color, and hours.
• Pattern assistant: choose your rotation sequence (from 1 to 42 days), the start and end dates, preview two weeks, and apply it. Examples to get you started include: 7x7 12-hour shifts, morning-afternoon-night, 6x2, 4x4, and on-call every 4 days.
• Fill the month: If you receive the schedule each month, tap the shift for each day, and the mark will automatically move to the next. It takes about 30 taps for the entire month, and it's undone with one tap.
• Today and tomorrow are displayed immediately upon opening, showing the shift, hours, and a note, with the month below using a color and abbreviation for each day. A yearly view shows the entire year.
• Edit any day: Change the shift, add a second shift, write a note (for example, a swap with a colleague), or leave it blank. It's saved instantly.
• Undo: Applying a pattern or deleting a range of days is undone with one tap.
• Shift reminder the day before, at a time you choose, showing the morning shift and its hours. This is optional; if you have the day off tomorrow, you won't receive a reminder unless you request it. It may arrive a few minutes late: it's a reminder, not an alarm clock.
• Hours worked this month: regular, night, and holiday hours. Carefully track shifts that cross midnight, the month change, and the time change. Set your monthly work schedule and see how many extra or short your hours are.
• Public holidays for 2026 and 2027 marked on the calendar: national holidays and those of the 17 autonomous communities, Ceuta and Melilla, and national holidays of Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. When you start, choose your country and your community (in the Canary Islands, also your island, with its island holiday). Manually add the holidays for your municipality.
• Backup: your shifts are transferred with the system backup when you change phones, and you can also save them to a file and open it on another device.
Spanish public holidays are based on data from the State Official Gazette Agency (BOE). This application is not official and is not affiliated with any organization.
Accessible: works with screen readers, with large text and dark mode.
