Spirit Level is a minimalist level app that uses only lines and circles. With its bright background and vibrant colors, you can instantly tell if something is level. It's useful in everyday situations where you need to check for levelness, such as when installing shelves, hanging pictures or clocks on the wall, leveling furniture, or setting up tripods and cameras.
■ Main Features
・Three modes that automatically switch depending on the orientation
The app uses a sensor to detect the orientation of your smartphone and automatically switches to the appropriate screen. It works even if the device's screen rotation lock is on.
- Flat: When placed on a desk or floor, it becomes a circular level. You can check the tilt in two directions simultaneously: front/back and left/right.
- Vertical: When you stand your smartphone vertically and place the side against something, it becomes a rod-shaped level.
- Horizontal: When you stand your smartphone horizontally and place the long side against something, it becomes a horizontal rod-shaped level. Text is displayed in the correct orientation regardless of whether it's facing left or right.
* **Visual Color Display**
The bubble and numerical values change color: mint when level, coral when tilted. With the bar-type spirit level, a blue line indicating true horizontality is displayed; when the lines align, it's level.
* **One-Tap Calibration for Each Mode**
Errors due to individual differences in devices and cases can be corrected by simply tapping the CAL button. The calibration values are saved within the device for each mode (flat, vertical, and horizontal) and are retained the next time the app is launched. Long-pressing resets the calibration for that mode.
* **Prevents Screen Sleep**
A sleep prevention function is included to prevent the screen from automatically turning off during measurement.
* **Simple and Lightweight**
This app is lightweight and focuses only on essential functions. There are no unnecessary settings screens or complex operations.
