Downloads from Plex nicely. It does forget where I'm at in the audiobook way more than is acceptable.if I stop the playback and exit the app, then it doesn't remember where I was, and it starts playing from the very beginning, which is unacceptable. If there was at least a lot stating when I started and stopped with a date time I could fast forward yo there, but it's a horrible experience if you have no I idea where you left off.

App doesn't function well. Often doesn't connect to the server (even though all Plex official apps do). Will disconnect unexpectedly from the library on the server and not be able to reconnect. Downloads don't complete most of the time. App crashes constantly on multiple devices (all recent devices). Interface is not very intuitive. This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Stay away!

3 stars because it does indeed successfully play audiobooks from my Plex server, and I do desperately need something that can do that well since I've got tons tagged and indexed on there. I don't care so much about extra features like sorting, but the deal breaker for me is the inability to sync confidently. My only indication of download progress is constant error messages (since I sync to an external microSD card), and the spinning wheel next to the title. Usually the wheel never stops spinning though, so I need to stop and start it many times before it finally says it's all synced. But then I'll be driving down the road, and the book immediately stops at the end of the chapter... because it wasn't synced after all. And since I don't want to kill my mobile data by streaming my books, I'm forced to stop there. Since my main time to listen to audiobooks is while driving, I can't do very much with an app that I can't trust to download the audiobooks. That said, I'm very excited for this app, and it's hard to be critical because I want to support the developer and see it succeed. There's a huge need for this on the Android side of the aisle, and I think it'll demolish every other audiobook app out there once it's working smoothly. If you need this as much as me, make sure you pay to unlock all features of the app, so you can support its development.
