About this game

Snow outside. Dark windows. Someone is knocking.

Frostlight is a quiet, cosy puzzle game set in a snowy panel block at night.

You are the night caretaker. Every evening windows pulse blue: a neighbour is knocking. Tap one, hear them out and help with a short puzzle of 20 to 40 seconds. Solve it and their window glows warm. Light enough windows and the block makes it through the night.

A NEW NIGHT EVERY DAY
Each day brings a different night: a new set of neighbours, a different arrangement of windows and a different mood (violet dusk, teal midnight, graphite blizzard). Can't wait for tomorrow? Watch a short ad and the next night starts at once.

ELEVEN KINDS OF FAVOURS
• Intercom: remember the code that flashes on the keypad
• Running total: follow the sum step by step
• Window echo: repeat the order in which windows light up
• Flash crowd: which window had more people?
• New neighbour: spot the stranger among familiar faces
• Fuse box: light every fuse (a Lights Out puzzle)
• Snowflakes: keep track of the glowing flakes as they drift
• Power meter: add up the figures as they flash
• Lift panel: tap 1, 2, 3 in order, fast
• Missing signs: put + − × in the gaps
• Combination lock: bulls and cows, the classic code-breaker

The game learns how you play: every kind of favour has its own difficulty that rises when you do well and eases when you stumble.

NEIGHBOURS WITH STORIES
Ten neighbours live in the block: a retired teacher who knits, a night-shift taxi driver, a student with exams, a widower who plays chess against himself and more. Help each of them three times, on different nights, to read their story and collect their postcard.

A COMPLETE STORY
Over the neighbours' stories runs the old caretaker's boiler-room logbook, which opens page by page as you help people. The landlord wants to switch the boiler off in spring. Can the block show him it can't be switched off? The story has an ending: an epilogue at dawn, after which the nights go on and a golden-dawn mood joins the street.

YOUR STREET GROWS
Every window you light makes the district grow. Cars appear, a traffic light starts to blink, the tree gets a garland, a second block rises behind yours and finally the northern lights show up. The street on your home screen is always a picture of your progress.

KEEP THE STREAK
Light at least three windows a day to keep your streak. If you miss a day, a blanket saves it. Turn on the dusk reminder and the game will knock at the right time.

Light your first window tonight. It takes less than a minute.

Hand-drawn pixel art, snow in three layers, gentle chip-tune sounds. Play in English or Polish. The game is free and supported by ads; watching a rewarded ad is always your choice: to try a favour again, to save your streak, to get a bonus favour or to start the next night right away instead of waiting for dusk.
Light every window in a snowy block. Quick puzzles, cosy stories, new nights.
