Fin+ Gastos is a free personal finance control app, designed for everyday use, in Portugal and abroad.
POINT THE CAMERA AND YOU'RE DONE
Read the QR Code on any Portuguese invoice and the amount is automatically recorded, without you having to write anything by hand. Already successfully tested on invoices and receipts from Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Brazil, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, India, China and Japan: you can confidently use your camera on your travels or shopping trips abroad.
NO QR CODE? THE APP STILL READS IT
Point the camera at the total amount on a receipt without a QR Code and the app attempts to automatically recognize the amount through optical character recognition (OCR), always asking for your confirmation before saving. You can also read the QR code from a photo already taken, or enter the expense manually.
GRAPHS AND REPORTS
View your expenses by category in a bar graph or pie chart, as you choose. Export or share a PDF report with charts and comparisons, or an Excel spreadsheet with a detailed list of expenses by category, for greater control and analysis.
BUDGETS WITH WARNINGS
Set a monthly limit per category and receive a visual alert when you approach or exceed the defined amount.
FIXED EXPENSES
Rent, subscriptions, and insurance: register recurring monthly expenses once, and they are automatically counted without you having to enter them again.
COMPLETE HISTORY
View your expenses by month, quarter, semester, or year, with automatic comparison to the previous period and the same period last year.
ACCOUNTS TO BE SETTLED (couple or family)
Invite your partner and start splitting expenses together: each person registers what they paid, the app calculates who owes what, and when you settle accounts, everything is recorded with a reference number.
CATEGORIES TO YOUR LIKING
Create, rename, or remove categories as you wish: the app adapts to you.
AVAILABLE IN PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH
Choose the language and currency shown in the Settings.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your data is associated with your Google account, is never sold, and you can request complete deletion at any time. Activate biometric lock if you share your phone with someone. No ads.
