Diarify is a diary you keep in music. One song a day — the one that
was playing, the one stuck in your head, the one that matched how the
day felt. Over time your calendar fills with album art, and a year of
your life becomes something you can look at.
WHAT IT DOES
• Log one song a day. Search by song or artist and pick the one that fits.
• See your months as a grid of album covers, not a wall of text.
• Add a note to any day if you want to say more.
• Tap play to open a song in Spotify, YouTube Music, or whichever service you use.
• Get a gentle reminder if you haven't logged today. It skips days you've already done.
• See which artists and genres you keep returning to.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no account. There is no sign-up. There is no server.
Your diary is stored on your phone and nowhere else. Diarify has no
backend to send it to, so nothing is uploaded, nothing is analysed, and
nothing is sold. The reminder is scheduled by your phone, not pushed
from anywhere, so there is no notification token either.
The only network requests Diarify makes are searching Apple's public
catalogue for song titles and fetching album artwork. Neither carries
anything about you.
Because your diary lives on your device, you can back it up to a single
file whenever you like and keep it wherever you keep things. And because
it lives on your device, uninstalling Diarify deletes it.
One song a day. Your private diary in music.
