About this app

[Please Note]
* This app is not an app from a municipality, school, or national government (such as the Agency for Child and Family Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or the Japan Student Services Organization).
* Nationally recognized systems are automatically listed, but please check the information provided by your municipality or school for deadlines set by local governments or schools.
* Amounts are estimates. The official amounts and conditions are based on the information provided by your municipality or school.
* This is not a childcare record app. It manages deadlines for children's financial programs and whether applications have been submitted.

"When is the deadline for applying for child allowance?" "Have you completed the procedures for high school tuition assistance this year?" "When is the provisional acceptance for grant scholarships?" — This app sorts financial procedures related to your child's age, from birth to 18 years old, in age order. You can record "Planned," "Applied," "Received," or "Not Eligible" for each procedure, and you will receive notifications as deadlines approach.

■ System for queuing (nationwide)
- Birth registration and health insurance enrollment (within 14 days of birth)
- Application for child allowance (within 15 days from the day after birth. Special exception for those born at the end of the month. May also indicate that retroactive application is not possible)
- Application for child medical certificate, application for April enrollment in nursery school (deadline to be entered according to the city/ward/town/village guidance)
- Free early childhood education and care (nursery school/children's center childcare use from April of age 3, kindergarten/children's center education use from age 3)
- School entrance health checkup (autumn of the final year of kindergarten), school assistance for elementary and junior high school entrance
- High school tuition support grant (application at enrollment and annually) and scholarship grant for high school students, etc.
- University grant scholarship (pre-application in spring of the third year of high school, application while enrolled)

■ What you can do
- Display "Next procedure" and remaining days in large letters on the homepage. Lists are divided into this month, within the last 3 months, and this fiscal year.
* For procedures that have passed their deadline, it indicates whether they can be applied for retroactively (e.g., Child Allowance and School Support Grants cannot be applied for retroactively, but School Assistance can be applied for even in the middle of the fiscal year).
* A timeline for ages 0-18 allows you to see the current age and the next applicable system at a glance.
* You can switch between a list of all children and individual child views, regardless of the number of children.
* The school year is automatically calculated using the previous grade as the grade up to April 1st. Repeating a grade or deferring school enrollment can be corrected from elementary school onwards.
* Estimated monthly amount of Child Allowance (15,000 yen until the month of the child's 3rd birthday, 30,000 yen for the third child and beyond. The oldest child is counted up to the end of the fiscal year in which they turn 22).
* Estimated amounts for School Support Grants (public and private), free early childhood education and care, and grant scholarships. Additional amounts for Tokyo and Osaka prefectures are also displayed.
- For programs that are only announced through schools or student portals, the "Confirmation Date" will be used for notification.
- For medical certificate renewals, municipal benefits, and after-school program applications, you can set the deadline yourself and set recurring notifications.
- Notifications are sent once a day. 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before the deadline; for child allowance, the day after birth, the 7th day, and the 14th day; and for programs starting next year, two months before the birthday. Notifications from the same day will be combined into one email.
* Next procedures and remaining days will also be displayed in the home screen widget.
* CSV export, dark theme

■ For those who:
* Have just given birth and want to see a list of what needs to be applied for and by when.
* Have siblings and get confused about whose procedures have been completed.
* Are worried about overlooking procedures because they come through the school for high school or university.

■ About amounts and deadlines
Amounts and deadlines will be displayed according to the 2026 system (child allowance, free early childhood education and care, high school tuition support grant, high school student scholarship grant, new higher education tuition support system) published by the Agency for Child and Family Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the Japan Student Services Organization. Since local government subsidies and school-specific deadlines differ nationwide, they cannot be automatically entered. System values will be reviewed annually.

■ Information not to be entered
There are no input fields for child's name, My Number, school name, bank account, or address. Simply select how you refer to your child, such as "first child" or "eldest son." ■ Pricing and Ads
The app is free, with ads appearing below the home screen and occasional full-screen ads after submitting or saving items. Ads can be removed with a one-time payment (¥290). There are no monthly fees.
