About this app

You dream every night. By the time you wake, almost nothing is left. DreamApp is for that: put the phone on the nightstand, speak when you wake, and find your dreams in the morning — written, dated, ready to read again.

AT NIGHT, THE APP LISTENS — AND KEEPS ONLY YOUR VOICE
Start a session before you sleep. DreamApp detects the moments when you speak and records only those: not hours of silence, just your words. Each passage is transcribed on the phone itself, with no network. You can also write a dream by hand, at any time.

IN THE MORNING, YOUR JOURNAL
Every dream arrives with its title, its transcript and its keywords, extracted automatically. The journal can be browsed by date, searched by word, and the statistics show what comes back from one night to the next: the places, the people, the motifs.

WHEN YOU WANT IT, A READING
For a dream that intrigues you, ask for an analysis. You get a text written for that dream alone, drawing on its details and on the symbols it holds, and able to connect it to the dreams that came before if you allow it. It is an assertive reading, not a catalogue of “maybes”. It is neither a diagnosis nor a prediction.

WHAT IS FREE, AND WHAT IS NOT
Everything that happens on your phone is free, with no time limit: recording, transcription, keywords, the journal, search, statistics. Only the analysis is paid, because it calls on a remote service: by subscription, or through packs of analyses bought once.

YOUR DREAMS STAY YOURS
• The audio recordings never leave your phone. They are encrypted there, and nobody but you hears them.
• Transcription and keywords are produced on the device.
• Nothing goes to a server until you ask for an analysis — and then, only the text of that one dream, with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• No account to create, no email address asked for, no advertising, no trackers.
• Your data can be deleted from inside the app, in one move.

IN ENGLISH AND IN FRENCH
The app speaks both, and you pick your language the first time you open it. Transcription and analysis follow that choice.

What’s new

Long dreams are transcribed at last. A ten-minute recording used to start
over endlessly and never finish; it now proceeds in slices.

• Transcription is far faster, and picks up where it left off.
• The app speaks English, chosen the first time you open it.
• A progress bar while playing, to move inside a recording.
• An export can be read back in: Settings → My data.
• Counters read “2 dreams”, not “2 dream(s)”.
• Invented subtitle credits no longer slip into transcripts.
