Of course, the Red Owl is AWESOME! awesome coffee, awesome food, awesome service! However, what is the deal with the app? I can't order, I can't redeem my points, the menu will not load so I can read each item, and sometimes, I try to uninstall and reinstall and the app will never load. An error message reads, "I have no Internet service". Please fix the app so I can go to Red Owl more without talking to real people. Thank you for all you do!

I absolutely love this coffee shop used their former app pretty much on a weekly basis, unfortunately though this new app is giving me so much trouble. Very upset that I can no longer login with just my email, requires me to use a phone number. Very limiting

Can you please add a feature to view reward points within the app instead of having to enter out phone number/email to get the info separately?
