Do you know that? You are on vacation and come back to your made hotel room? Clean towels, a made bed and everything looks like you just moved in ...
Why can not you have that feeling at home when you come home from a busy day at work? That's what we thought and already the idea was born to what is MaidEasy today.
We are a startup from Hamburg and have set us nothing less goal, as home and house cleaning finally easy to do. We also searched for a cleaner for our 3-bedroom apartment and found out how hard it is, if you do not know someone who makes a personal recommendation.
At the same time, illicit work, a lack of price transparency and the lack of confidence of a stranger in the first place make the search considerably more difficult.
With Maideasy, we have created what we have missed ourselves: an easy way to have your apartment cleaned. Trustful, transparent in price and as individual as your home.
And that's not all
As we all know, we spend 16% of our lives at work - Maideasy also takes care of the cleanliness of your workplace.
We make no difference whether it is a shop, office or practice. The prices are calculated by us according to square meters and the desired package and are the same for all sectors.

** How Maideasy works **
1. Click on "Book Now", enter street and zip code and see if we are available in your area
2. Select to which category the object to be cleaned belongs: private customer, offices, shops, landlord / Air BnB
3. Use the slider to set the number of square meters to be cleaned
4. Select your desired package (one-time cleaning or subscription model)
5. If necessary add extras or write down something for our maid at the bottom of the "Extras" page in the comment box. B. Pets available
6. Choose your desired maid as well as the suitable appointment
7. E-mail address, full address / billing address, add phone number
8. Select Payment Method and click on "Book Now"
9. Your wish maid comes to the booked appointment and brings all the necessary cleaning products
+ As soon as you have registered with us, in the future you will be able to access your customer profile with just a few clicks, simply by clicking on "Repeat order" under "my appointments".
+ Overview of your appointments: You can see all upcoming appointments clearly at a glance
+ Management of your appointments: You can process or cancel appointments already booked up to 48 hours before the start of the appointment free of charge
+ If you have questions about our packages, our service staff are always available

+ two days before the start of the appointment you will receive all information about your maid (including telephone number for any queries regarding your appointment)
