Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. I have redownloaded it several time, always the most recent version, no updates available, but it says I need to update to use it. I have cleared my cache, app data, everything. Oh, and it drops phone calls too. Often you will have lag on the phone, making conversations very difficult. Go with Salesloft, this app is terrible.

"password protection required, enable it in your device" NO! I DO NOT WANT TO ENABLE A PASSWORD EVERY TIME I TURN ON MY PHONE JUST SO THAT THIS STUPID APP CAN BE SATISFIED! NOT EVEN BANKING APPS REWRITE THIS RIDICULOUS REQUIREMENT!

During your next interview, ask: "Do you embrace Gong culture?" If the answer is "Yes," then walk away if you value clearing your quota. ​"Gong culture" companies value the recording over the relationship. The moment that awkward bot crashes the intros to yell "FYI I'M RECORDING YOU," prospects shut down. I’ve seen more deals die from that initial friction than I’ve seen deals saved by the "coaching" features (extra emphasis on those coaching air quotes).
