At first when I tried contacting Go Pocket I got a very vague answer, the second time it is going on a week with no answer. Please have somebody get back to me regarding a transaction that was done through my Go Pocket wallet, I need to verify my account with your company. Thank you!

Terrible app.I lost my phone then I tried to import the seed phrase to my new phone.I have the right seed phrase but the app is saying it's the wrong one.
