Overall, it's a pretty terrible app. Allows you to pay and order ahead. So, 1 star. Not prioritizing mobile orders is a store problem, not an app problem. What IS an app problem is the menu organization. Things not listed anywhere in the app. Even stuff on the top 10 list isn't found elsewhere in the app. Payments sometimes don't work. I can often still order "sold-out" stuff in person at stores. Even the website links don't work or list old promos. CoCo needs to hire some new IT people.

This app was working great then a month or 2 ago it stopped working. I go in make my order as soon as I hit cart to complete it wipes out the order and goes back to the start. Still having the same issue with the app not working. I guess they don't want my business as it has been about 5 months since this issue started. I used to order a few times a week but now I am not ordering at all due to this issue. I am sure the other company enjoys all my business.

Worse than ordering in store. I ordered 2 drinks to pick up, yet I waited 30 mins for my drinks. This wasn't the issue, the issue was that people who ordered in-store after I waited for 20min, they would get drinks right away. The only good thing about the app is to collect points and sometimes their deals. Other than that, I would rather order in store
