no straight forward. We pay for this app, its downloaded, then it kicks you Google and you asking what in hell is Google got to do with Guardio. it ask for a customer to enter a password, we assume to make a password, but when go to do such, it doesn't allow me to see what password I'm creating. It's confusion, total confusion. Then the app spends damn near the whole opening trying to sell to upgrades and all kinds of other stuff when you ain't even understanding to basic service you purchased.

I agree w/other users. I tried the free trial period & charged the $119.88. I downloaded the app and did a scan wish I couldn't complete as it said for premium users. I canceled the service. I didnt receive a 2 day notice the trial would expire. My premium was credited. Several days later, I was charged again. Now they are saying my cancelation was outside the 7 days. Obviously, its my word against theirs since I didn't keep any documentation of when I started or canceled.

Beware of this app. I opted for the monthly just to see if it was worth it. I declined the $200+ for 2 years. The app said it was having trouble later I just closed it out. Today I not only find out that they took the $14.99 they also too out $200.87. THIS APP IS WHAT WE NEED PROTECTION FROM!!!! I have asked for a refund now not in 10 days or some bull by this coming Tuesday. That gives them 3 business days.
