First of all I absolutely love this app and the service they provided is second to none! Also, I need to let everyone know, I was having a service issue, (totally of my own making), I reached out to Guardio and they helped me out and put things in order despite my error. This is an excellent customer service company as well. No fears with this company.

I am purchasing something else for benefits in electronics updating. Thanks for your service with me. Had a middle of the night. Would have never figured it out alone. Thank you! Then suddenly an epiphany of what was supposed to have happened with my original purchase. I am changing to a flip phone for travel only. Again, I could never have figured this alone. I was unaware that every reward or extended offer was at risk because of my phone company that I believe is trying to remove. TY

UPDATE: Guardio keeps flagging emails that are just fine. It's overkill, or its databases aren't accurate. Annoying. I've only just signed up, so all I can tell you is that the customer service is terrific. There was a misunderstanding about the subscription fee. They fixed it immediately AND offered to refund everything and cancel for me. No company has EVER given that as one of the options. Now I'll set it up and review it later.
