This app never works. I always wind up needing to find a sign with the QR code and go into the website. It doesn't allow you to click on the lots and it doesn't include the lot numbers. So in areas that you are not familiar as to how they appear from an aerial view, it makes it difficult to know if you are selecting the correct lot. the search also doesn't work using lot numbers or the name of the location you are at even tho it shows it on the app.

Update:2/20/26 This app still sucks. I can't add another vehicle. I can only have 1 active vehicle, sometimes our family parks 2 vehicles. I miss pay by phone. This app is silly. Why can't we pay for a month or week at a time. As someone who has to pay to park where I work, it makes sense to have option. It stupid to remeber to pay for parking every other day, when you can only do 36 hours at a time

Barely functional. Map doesn't list all parking lots. Finding lots by address doesn't work. Finding lots by name does, but there's no search history, which makes things more difficult, because when there's a payment error it is extremely difficult to recover from. (It doesn't allow you to enter new card info on error, and it continues to default to old saved cards.) Paying for parking shouldn't take 5 minutes fighting an app. The PayByPhone and Passport parking apps are significantly better.
