It was completely useless - after going through the account creation, adding credit card didn't work - and I tried 3 different cards. I ended up parking at a different parking lot with a working payment system. Now I want to get rid of the license plate number from the app, since it was a rental car, but the app doesn't support that. And I don't see a way to delete the account entirely either.

Poor app design. Have issues trying to update payment info once you have select a lot, you have to cancel & come back in. Also lots are listed by lot name not number, & on the map they are put so close to each other lot names overlap and it's easy to select the wrong one. This made me to pay for the wrong lot (that cost even more) and get a ticket. Hangtang said they tried to have it waived, it seems like the parking lot operator, Impark, has not responded so far. Risky app to use...

Notification doesn't work. If you put in a time that exceeds the lot limits it doesn't tell you & instead just adjusts the time. Now you can't even get monthly receipts. Calls & email to customer service didn't help. Just a "we're working on it" response. Doesn't help when you have to submit monthly receipts to employers for reimbursement.
