I have been using this app for 4 months just to maintain the attendance of our employees. From the first day we were facing issues and the customer support was not at all helpful, they won't even respond to us. Trusting this app made our work more difficult where I had to manually calculate the leaves. Every morning the app gets stuck and we had to start our day with frustration. I won't suggest this app to any of my fellow HR's.

It's been days since I've tried to update the app. Nothing to do with my internet connection, it's just loading. And often the app simply doesn't open or load. The tech team needs to up its tech game

can be better , it keeps getting logged our, when clicked on few icon it exits from the app itself, the overall ui and ux can be better
