PM - Checklists is the field-inspection mobile tool for users of the Patrimony Manager platform. It lets ground teams run structured inspections of buildings, equipment, and assets — anywhere, including offline.

Core capabilities:

• Dynamic checklists, configurable per asset type (building, equipment, shared space, etc.)
• Built-in photo capture to document findings and anomalies
• Full offline mode: entries are stored locally and synced automatically as soon as connectivity returns
• Peer-to-peer (P2P) sync over local Wi-Fi for teams working without internet access
• Intervention lifecycle tracking (creation, qualification, validation, transmission)
• Multi-language support (French, English)

What’s new

Scoring: each question is now graded on its own scale instead of a single 4-point scale. Inspections with 2-, 5-, 6- or 10-point questions finally show a correct score. Grade labels (Excellent, Conforme, À améliorer, Non conforme) and the comment requirement follow the same rule: any choice below the middle of that question's options. An unresolvable answer is no longer counted as a zero.
