App works great(every lower star review has an easy fix). Only negatives(which don't really matter in the long run) are; 1. The magnet on back of my salind device, is weak...but a couple zip ties don't hurt my heart any...2. The on/off switch broke after the first month, so it's forever stuck on(however, standby mode is a great feature that limits battery consumption to make it last about 2wks), & 3. The annual subscription should come w/live security that contacts police. $100 is a lot of $$$$

Monthly subscription isn't bad but considering its lack of technology, it's only worth about 5.00 a month. Device is hard to navigate. Map is near impossible to read and follow. No satellite view during route. Everytime you try to pin an area to give you notifications it doesn't allow it. Just all around not user friendly. Definitely needs updating. Edit: no need for me to email you, already have. The issues are listed above.

The worst app I have ever used! The notifications and alert are awful! The notifications and alerts worked for about a month out of the 5 months that I have had this poc. It's totally not worth the money or subscription of $6.99/month. Every time I go to get support, I end up on some Dutch support site that I can not understand! The notifications, alerts and geofences do not even register entering or exiting. I have tried everything, the only answer that makes sense is the app is a poc!

What's new

Home WiFi setup for supported devices has been implemented.
Home WiFi connection status is now displayed in device information.
