About this app

This is an app for making requests and inquiries to the call center.
The information is automatically displayed on the device by reading the 2D barcode attached to the device, so there is no need for the customer to enter detailed information.
*Pre-registration of device information is required separately.
Additionally, since you can take and attach photos (up to 3), you can share with the call center any situation that is difficult to convey verbally.

○Function to input request details and take a photo to request
○Function to request with only the photo taken (afterwards, communication will be done by phone)
