This app is crazy. I cannot figure out if its the app itself or the persons managing the schedule. Either way, there needs to be a time lock set in place, as to where the schedules cannot suddenly change at 3 hrs before the scheduled event. There needs to be a safety for the employee as well as the employer. Overall, it might make a 2 star rating . I dont like it.

I cannot even log in. After I create a password, it does not recognize it. When I click Forgot Password, I put my e-mail address in, but don't receive any e-mail. There are no specifications for passwords, either. Impossible to get into the app.

*edit* just downloaded this again to give it another try. The issues are the exact same as before. And no replies from support. One star remains. Previous issue: *app always in dark mode *selecting "available shifts" changes screens, refreshes immediately, shows no shifts *App immediately freezes after previous error every time. **Force closed, fully updated phone and app, logged out/in, un/reinstall **works 100% on my account on the web version
