App seems like it's in a beta phase. Was able to place an order, but communication is not good. I have no idea how long it will take to get completed. It took three hours for a contractor to accept and I still don't know when it will happen. The layout is wonky of my Pixel (android) phone and everything is a little clunky. I sent some sort of message (I think) but to who, I don't know. I didn't even get a notification when a contractor accepted. Will update later with outcome.
