The app itself seems ok, but personally I cannot use it because it only offers a credit card/debit card payment option. It'd be nice if a PayPal option, or different payment options in general, were offered. Belive it or not, not everyone has a cc/debit card. Our school district switched to this payment option, but the one we used before offered PayPal, which was great for me. Such a bummer.

The design is very dated, reminds me of windows 98, but the app is very functional and easy to navigate. It would be better if it had a security option where the user can choose to always remain logged in.

You can't order meals, or see what meals you've pre ordered. You'll have to do that from the web. If you're already going to the web, what use is this app? It was clearly developed to fulfill a contract and not serve a purpose.

We are currently in the development process of adding the pre-order functionality to our application. This was the planned development cycle as a majority of our schools do not use our pre-order system. We first wanted to release our application with the features that a majority, if not all, of our customers regularly use.

Allow easier grade selection when adding a student/staff account to an account
Allow the ability to request that a student/staff account be locked from further transactional processing
