Vehicle Bookings
Request vehicle bookings for business trips, deliveries etc. This function forms part of a larger booking system that allows for the trip authorization, vehicle reservation, trip book out’s, trip book in’s and trip extensions. Users specify the purpose of the booking, when and for how long the vehicle will be required, who will be driving the vehicle, which passengers will be accompanying the driver and more. Users are also able to keep track of the booking request as it moves through your business’s authorization procedures.

Vehicle Assessments
Assessing vehicles on a regular basis is a critical function of any business. The app allows users to perform vehicle assessments by answering questions relating to the condition of the vehicle. These questions can be modified to suite your business needs. Users can take pictures and mark “points of interest” on vehicle schematics (front, back, left, right and top). This function also integrates with the vehicle bookings system by allowing for assessments before a vehicle leaves and after a vehicle returns.
